- To confirm reservation details, arrange dispatch, manage operations, and provide instructions to crew members.

- To calculate usage fees, process credit card payments, and issue/send invoices.
For safety management and service improvement
- For accident prevention, confirmation of situations in the event of an accident, and crime prevention measures (including the use of drive recorder footage).
