Cancellation & Refunds
［Cancellations by Customer］
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation date/time will incur a 100% charge.
(*No-shows without notice will be charged the full amount)
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the reservation date/time will incur a 10% charge.
(10% of the credit card payment amount will be charged as a credit card processing fee + administrative fee)
［In cases of force majeure］
Cancellations due to natural disasters such as earthquakes or typhoons
will incur a 10% charge.

Refund Method
